We are opening Locke Canary Wharf, and we are building our kitchen team from the ground up. As one of our founding Sous Chefs, you will be there from the very beginning, helping to set the pace, shape the standards, and lead the line as we open the doors in one of London's most vibrant districts. This is a rare chance to join a new venue with a group that genuinely invests in its chefs.
This isn't a role where you slot into an established routine. As a new opening, this is your opportunity to help build something from scratch, put your stamp on how the kitchen runs, and grow as the venue grows.
