What Will You Be Doing?

• Crafting and serving cocktails, wines, beers, and soft drinks to the exacting standards Santa Joana is known for
• Delivering warm, attentive, and memorable service that turns first time guests into regulars
• Running your bar confidently during busy service, keeping pace without dropping standards
• Maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service
• Managing stock, garnishes, and mise en place efficiently while minimising waste
• Learning new recipes, techniques, and skills as we grow your craft and your career
• Being a positive, reliable presence who lifts the energy of the whole front of house team

What Do You Need?

• Previous experience behind a busy bar, ideally in a high quality restaurant or venue
• Genuine passion for drinks, service, and creating great guest experiences
• The ability to stay calm, focused, and organised under the pressure of a busy service
• A solid understanding of cocktails, classic drinks, and responsible service standards
• A team first attitude, great communication, and a willingness to muck in
• Reliability, energy, and pride in everything you serve
• Right to Work in Portugal
