𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗕𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴?

• Washing, cleaning and organising crockery, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans and kitchen equipment to a consistently high standard
• Keeping kitchen areas, floors, surfaces and wash-up stations spotless and safe throughout service
• Supporting the chef brigade with basic food preparation tasks where needed
• Receiving, checking and storing deliveries, and helping keep stock organised
• Managing waste and recycling correctly and responsibly
• Following all food hygiene, health and safety, and COSHH procedures
• Helping the kitchen run smoothly during busy services so chefs can focus on the food

• A strong work ethic and the energy to keep pace in a busy professional kitchen
• A genuine pride in cleanliness, order and high standards
• A positive, reliable, team-first attitude
• The ability to stay calm and organised under pressure during service
• A willingness to learn, with real ambition welcomed if you want to progress towards a chef role
• Previous kitchen porter or hospitality experience is a bonus, but the right attitude matters most
• The legal Right to Work in the UK
