White Rabbit Hospitality creates and operates bespoke Food & Beverage spaces within hotels. We're launching a brand new hotel destination in the heart of London's most dynamic district and we're looking for a passionate, guest-focused Bartender to join us from the very beginning.

What Will You Be Doing?

You'll be at the heart of our bar, crafting brilliant drinks, delivering warm and genuine hospitality, and playing a key role in making our Canary Wharf hotel bar a destination in its own right.

• Deliver exceptional bar service to hotel guests, diners, and visitors, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment guests arrive.
• Prepare and serve a full range of drinks, cocktails, wines, spirits, and soft drinks, to a consistently high standard, with care and craft in every pour.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the full drinks menu, cocktail list, and wine offering to confidently guide and recommend to guests.
• Anticipate guest needs, personalise every interaction, and go above and beyond to create moments that guests remember.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and beautifully presented bar at all times, upholding the highest standards of presentation and hygiene.
• Support stock management, including monitoring levels, flagging requirements, and minimising wastage.
• Work collaboratively with the wider F&B team to deliver seamless service across the hotel.
• Bring energy, warmth, and genuine passion to every shift, as a new opening, the atmosphere we create starts with the people we hire.

What Do You Need?

• Proven experience as a Bartender within a quality hotel, bar, or hospitality environment.
• A genuine passion for drinks, hospitality, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverage service, you love your craft and it shows.
• A warm, confident, and engaging personality, you create a great atmosphere wherever you work.
• The ability to work efficiently and calmly during busy service periods without compromising on quality or warmth.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and licensing requirements.
• WSET or relevant beverage qualification (desirable but not essential, passion and attitude matter most).
• Experience with EPOS or till systems (desirable).
