White Rabbit Hospitality creates and operates bespoke Food & Beverage spaces within hotels. We're launching a brand new hotel destination in the heart of London's most dynamic district and we're looking for a passionate, guest-focused Barista to join us from the very beginning.

What Will You Be Doing?

You'll be at the heart of our cafe, crafting exceptional coffee, delivering warm and genuine hospitality, and helping to build a cafe destination that hotel guests and the Canary Wharf community will keep coming back to.

• Prepare and serve a full range of espresso-based drinks and beverages to a consistently high standard, with genuine care and attention in every cup.
• Deliver a warm, welcoming, and personalised experience to every guest, from the morning rush regular to the first-time visitor.
• Maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the full cafe menu, including coffee origins, brewing methods, and food offerings, to confidently guide and recommend to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and beautifully presented cafe environment at all times, upholding the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Support stock management, including monitoring levels, flagging requirements, and minimising wastage.
• Follow food safety, allergen, and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the wider cafe and F&B team to ensure smooth and seamless service throughout the day.
• Bring energy, warmth, and genuine passion to every shift, as a new opening, the experience we create starts with the people we hire.

What Do You Need?

• Proven experience as a Barista within a quality cafe, coffee shop, or hospitality environment.
• A genuine passion for coffee, craft, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks, grind settings, milk texturing, and coffee preparation techniques.
• A warm, friendly, and engaging personality, you love connecting with people and making them feel welcome.
• The ability to work efficiently and calmly during busy service periods without compromising on quality.
• Good awareness of food safety, hygiene standards, and allergen requirements.
• Experience with EPOS or till systems (desirable).
• A flexible approach to working hours, including early mornings, weekends, and peak periods as required by the business.
