We’re now looking for an experienced and passionate Head Waiter (M/F) to lead service on the floor, support the management team, and help deliver exceptional dining experiences every day.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Leading restaurant service and managing sections during busy services

• Supporting supervisors and management with daily floor leadership

• Coaching and mentoring waiters and junior front-of-house team members

• Ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen, bar, and service teams

• Managing guest feedback and resolving service challenges confidently

• Supporting reservations flow and table management

• Maintaining exceptional service, presentation, and atmosphere standards

What Do You Need?

• Previous experience as a Head Waiter, Senior Waiter, or Supervisor in a quality restaurant

• Strong service knowledge and leadership presence on the floor

• Excellent guest engagement and communication skills

• Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment

• Passion for hospitality and team development

• Fluent English & Portuguese
