Santa Joana, located within Locke de Santa Joana in Lisbon, is a vibrant, design-led restaurant where bold flavours, great atmosphere, and warm service come together. We’re now looking for a confident and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to help lead the front-of-house team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Supervising restaurant operations during service

• Supporting management with daily front-of-house leadership

• Ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen, bar, and service teams

• Training, coaching, and motivating team members

• Managing guest feedback and resolving service challenges professionally

• Supporting reservations management and table flow

• Assisting with opening and closing procedures and service preparation

• Helping build a positive, engaged team culture

What Do You Need?

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Team Leader, or strong Senior Waiter/Waitress

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Confidence managing busy restaurant services

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Passion for hospitality and developing people

• Fluency in English & Portuguese
