Santa Marta, located within Locke de Santa Joana in Lisbon, is our Mediterranean all-day dining restaurant — lively, social, and centred around bold flavours and relaxed hospitality.

We’re now looking for a confident and experienced Head Waiter / Head Waitress to lead service on the floor, support the management team, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Leading restaurant service and managing sections during busy periods

• Supporting supervisors and management with daily floor operations

• Coaching and guiding waiters and junior team members

• Ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams

• Managing guest feedback and resolving service challenges professionally

• Supporting reservations flow and table management

• Maintaining high standards of presentation, service, and atmosphere

What Do You Need?

• Previous experience as a Head Waiter, Senior Waiter, or Supervisor in a quality restaurant

• Strong service knowledge and leadership skills

• Excellent communication and guest engagement ability

• Confidence working in a fast-paced dining environment

• Passion for hospitality and team development

• Fluency in English & Portuguese
