We’re now looking for a confident and hands-on Front of House Supervisor to help lead the team, drive service standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Supervising front-of-house operations during service

• Supporting restaurant management with daily operations and team leadership

• Ensuring smooth, efficient service and exceptional guest experience

• Training, coaching, and motivating team members

• Managing guest feedback and resolving service issues professionally

• Supporting reservations coordination and floor planning

• Assisting with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and service preparation

• Helping build a positive, engaged team culture

What Do You Need?

• Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or strong Senior Waiter/Waitress

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Confidence managing busy services in a quality-led environment

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Passion for hospitality and developing others
