We’re now looking for a talented and motivated Junior Sous Chef to support the kitchen leadership team and help deliver exceptional food experiences.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations

  • Leading sections during service and managing shifts when required

  • Ensuring food quality, presentation, and consistency meet brand standards

  • Training and mentoring junior chefs and commis team members

  • Assisting with stock control, ordering, and waste management

  • Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation standards

  • Supporting menu development and seasonal menu changes

What Do You Need?

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a quality-led kitchen

  • Strong cooking ability and confidence running a section

  • Positive leadership mindset and team-focused attitude

  • Excellent organisation and calm approach under pressure

  • Passion for food, hospitality, and professional development
