At Rusacks St Andrews, one of Scotland’s most iconic hotels overlooking the Old Course, our kitchens support vibrant restaurants, bars, and event spaces delivering exceptional guest experiences every day. We’re now looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team and help keep operations running smoothly.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Washing and organising crockery, cutlery, pots, and pans efficiently

• Keeping kitchen and back-of-house areas clean, safe, and well-organised

• Supporting chefs with basic food preparation when required

• Managing waste disposal and recycling in line with hygiene standards

• Assisting with deliveries and stock storage

• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness throughout service

• Working closely with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams

What Do You Need?

• Previous Kitchen Porter experience is helpful but not essential

• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude

• Awareness of kitchen hygiene and safety standards

• Willingness to learn and develop within hospitality
