At White Rabbit Projects, we believe great hospitality begins from the very first service of the day. EVE, our restaurant in Kensington, is an unorthodox pizza joint from across the pond — known for NYC-style pizza pies later in the day, alongside fantastic starters, sides, and desserts. In the mornings, we deliver a relaxed and welcoming breakfast experience for guests and locals alike.

We’re now looking for an organised and passionate Breakfast Chef to take ownership of the morning kitchen and deliver consistently high-quality dishes with efficiency and care.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to brand standards

• Managing morning mise en place and organising your section

• Ensuring breakfast service runs smoothly and efficiently

• Maintaining food quality, presentation, and consistency

• Supporting stock rotation, deliveries, and waste control

• Upholding food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards

• Supporting the wider kitchen team with preparation for later services

What Do You Need?

• Experience as a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie, or strong Commis Chef

• Ability to work independently and manage early morning service

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• Calm and professional approach during busy periods

• Passion for food and hospitality
