What Will You Be Doing?
Assisting chefs with food preparation and daily mise en place
Learning to cook and present dishes to brand standards
Supporting different kitchen sections during service
Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and food safety compliance
Assisting with deliveries, stock rotation, and storage
Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
What Do You Need?
Passion for food and hospitality
Previous kitchen experience or culinary training preferred but not essential
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to remain organised and calm during busy service
Positive, team-focused attitude
Commitment to high standards and personal growth
