At the Graduate Cambridge by Hilton, our restaurant, bar, terrace, and event spaces deliver vibrant, seasonal dining in a relaxed riverside setting. We’re now looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our back-of-house team and help keep our kitchens running smoothly.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Washing and organising crockery, cutlery, pots, and pans efficiently

• Keeping kitchen and back-of-house areas clean, tidy, and well-organised

• Assisting chefs with basic food preparation and deliveries when required

• Managing waste disposal, recycling, and cleaning tasks in line with food safety standards

• Supporting stock storage and rotation

• Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain smooth service

What Do You Need?

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a similar role is helpful but not essential

• Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently under pressure

• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude

• Awareness of hygiene and kitchen safety standards

• Willingness to learn and grow within hospitality
