What Will You Be Doing?

• Assisting chefs with food preparation and mise en place

• Learning to cook and present dishes to brand standards

• Supporting different kitchen sections during service

• Maintaining excellent kitchen cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards

• Assisting with deliveries, stock rotation, and storage organisation

• Working collaboratively with the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth service

What Do You Need?

• Passion for food and hospitality

• Basic kitchen experience or relevant culinary training preferred but not essential

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Commitment to high standards and personal development
