At White Rabbit Projects, we create hospitality experiences built on warm service, vibrant spaces, and great food and drink. At the Graduate Cambridge by Hilton, our restaurant, bar, terrace, and event spaces offer relaxed riverside dining for locals, guests, and visitors alike. We’re now looking for enthusiastic Waiters/Waitresses to join our front-of-house team and help deliver memorable guest experiences.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Greeting guests and delivering warm, professional table service

• Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

• Serving dishes and beverages to brand standards

• Managing your section and supporting smooth service flow

• Handling guest enquiries and feedback with confidence and care

• Preparing and maintaining tables and service stations

• Working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver seamless service

What Do You Need?

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a guest-facing role is helpful but not essential

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience

• Ability to stay calm and professional in busy service periods

• A proactive, positive attitude with attention to detail
