We’re now looking for an enthusiastic Junior Sommelier to join our front-of-house team — someone eager to develop their wine knowledge, support the Sommelier team, and help deliver a thoughtful, engaging guest experience.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Supporting the Sommelier team during service

• Assisting guests with wine recommendations and pairings

• Serving wine confidently and correctly to brand standards

• Learning the wine list, producers, and styles in depth

• Supporting stock organisation, cellar management, and glassware care

• Working closely with the restaurant and bar teams to deliver seamless service

• Taking part in tastings, training, and development sessions

What Do You Need?

• A genuine passion for wine and hospitality

• Some wine knowledge or qualifications (WSET a plus, not essential)

• Experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred

• Confidence communicating with guests and team members

• Curiosity, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to learn
