We’re looking for a confident, guest-focused Breakfast Manager to help us deliver exceptional service, every shift.

As a Breakfast Manager, you’ll help manage the day-to-day running of the restaurant floor, working closely with the management team to lead service, guide the front-of-house team, and ensure our guests feel looked after from the moment they arrive. What Do You Need?

• Experience supervising or leading teams in a premium restaurant or hospitality setting.

• A passion for great food, drink, and genuine hospitality.

• Strong leadership and communication skills — you know how to motivate and support a team.

• A proactive attitude and the ability to think on your feet in a busy environment.

• Understanding of daily operations including rotas, bookings, cash handling, and health & safety.
